White Label Recruitment are in the search for a Tekla Detailer for a key client based in East Yorkshire.

The Company

This is a leading multi-disciplinary design and build contractor operating across the UK, with a strong reputation in the delivery of high-value, technically complex projects across industrial, commercial, and specialist horticultural sectors. Their in-house team spans design, engineering, project management, and construction. They’ve built a strong name by delivering turnkey solutions—designing and fabricating structural steelwork and bespoke components from their East Yorkshire base.

The Role
As a Tekla Technician/Detailer, you’ll play a key role in bringing major steelwork projects to life—from concept through to fabrication and installation. Working within a close-knit team, you’ll be responsible for:

* Modelling and detailing a variety of projects using Tekla Structures

* Preparing general arrangement and fabrication drawings for structural steel components

* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure accuracy and buildability of designs

* Carrying out occasional site visits to verify details and installations

This is a role with variety, ownership, and plenty of room to grow as the business continues to scale.

The Person
You’ll need to bring:

* A minimum of 3 years’ experience working with Tekla Structures

* A solid understanding of steel detailing and structural principles

* The ability to produce high-quality models and fabrication drawings with minimal oversight

* Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving

This would suit someone from a steelwork detailing or structural engineering background who enjoys the technical challenge of bespoke projects.

Package & Benefits

* Salary: Up to £55,000 (dependent on experience)

* Hybrid working: 2 days per week from home

* Holidays: 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

* Hours: 40 hours per week, flexible start between 8:00–8:30am
