The role
As Account Manager, you’ll be the face of the business for a portfolio of clients — managing, growing, and delivering solutions that genuinely help them succeed.
You’ll take ownership of:
Developing and expanding profitable client accounts
Generating new leads and converting them into loyal customers
Creating proposals, quotes, and tailored solutions
Coordinating across teams to deliver a seamless sales experience
Maintaining regular, proactive contact with clients
Presenting services to both existing and new prospects
Accurately maintaining CRM records and sales reports This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on relationship-building, consultative selling, and strategic thinking.
Who are you?
Proven experience in IT sales, ideally within a Managed Services Provider (MSP).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills — you’re comfortable talking to everyone from IT Managers to CEOs.
Ability to manage multiple accounts, projects and deadlines with ease• Confident working independently, but equally collaborative when it counts
Highly organised, detail-focused and commercially aware
Familiarity with CRM systems and a data-driven approach to managing pipelines
A location within 20 miles of Northampton is ideal and you must drive and have your own car. What’s on offer?
£33,000–£38,000 basic salary, plus a rewarding commission structure
20 days annual leave, rising to 25 with service, plus bank holidays
