About the role:
Teach Now is seeking passionate and reliable Supply Teaching Assistants to join our network of top-performing partner schools. Whether you’re an experienced TA or new to the role, this is your chance to work in a variety of well-resourced, inclusive schools while tailoring your schedule to fit your availability! As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting students in Key Stage 1 and 2. Your duties may range from assisting with booster groups and interventions to providing tailored support for children with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Flexibility is key, as you’ll step into different classroom settings, adapting quickly to meet the needs of pupils and teachers.

Application Requirements: To join our supply team, you should have:
• Experience working with children (preferred but not essential).
• A qualification in education or childcare (desirable but not required).
• An enthusiastic, flexible, and proactive attitude.
• The ability to travel to schools in Harrow at short notice.
• A valid Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist class teachers with daily learning activities.
• Provide 1:1 or small group support for students needing extra help, including SEN pupils.
• Help manage classroom behavior and foster a positive learning environment.
• Deliver engaging interventions to boost academic progress.
• Adapt to different school environments, building strong rapport with students and staff.
