General Foreman - West Midlands, £40-52k + extensive Bens

Are you an established Foreman looking to work on a major project in the West Midlands with a well respected Utilities Company?

We're seeking a Foreman to join an established construction team in the West Midlands. You'll support the Site Manager in coordinating and overseeing a section of work on major projects or managing all site activities on smaller projects.

As the General Foreman what will you be doing ?

• Assist in setting up the site and implementing framework systems and procedures.
• Enforce methods and controls to ensure efficient resource utilization.
• Help assess security risks and implement appropriate measures.
• Support the Site Manager in maintaining and enforcing safety standards.
• Adhere to method statements and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with all HS&E policies and procedures.

As the General Foreman what would we like you to have ?

ONC or HNC in a construction discipline
SMSTS/SSSTS certification
First Aid certification
Confine space training (preferred)
Experience in the water treatment industry (Non-Infrastructure)
