Job Title: Maintenance Engineer

Location: Aylesbury

Salary: up to £37,000

· Additional £25 call out payment. On call once every 8 weeks, for 3 days over the weekend.

Hours: Week 1 – Monday to Friday 06:00 to 15:30pm

Week 2 – Monday to Saturday 06:00 to 15:30pm, with a day off in the week.

Job Type : Permanent, Full Time

Skills and Experience Needed:

· Understanding of mechanical processes and assemblies.

· Ability to bring a team together with open communication, teamwork and a positive work culture.

· Have completed an Engineering Apprenticeship or qualifications in the engineering trade.

· Previous experience withing the agricultural or food industry would be beneficial.

Duties will Include:

· Carry out ongoing improvements projects.

· Maintain on a daily basis the machinery and plant on site in a safe and responsible manner.

· Report breakdown root cause, equipment faults and concerns to line manager.

· Perform trouble shooting to solve minor repair issues

· Diagnose fault, repair and return equipment to operational service.

· Planning maintenance and reactive repairs, along with continually looking for improvements for future processes.
