Perform preventive and predictive maintenance (yes, that includes using cool tools like thermo-graphic imaging and vibration analysis)
Boost equipment reliability and create new maintenance workflows
Ensure critical spares are always on hand (think of it as your secret stash)
Manage projects and stick to the maintenance budget
Follow safety standards like they're the gospelWho You Are:
You're not just a Maintenance Engineer (Days), you're a maintenance magician! You've got skills in electro-mechanical repairs, including PLCs, pneumatics, and hydraulics. You're a great communicator, a problem-solving whiz, and you always keep safety first.

Ideal Qualifications:

NVQ or bachelor's in engineering
Expert in preventive/predictive maintenance
Top-notch technical, analytical, and fault-finding skills
Computer savvy
