Your new role as the Metering and Settlements Analyst
The key responsibilities of the Metering and Settlements Analyst are:
* Monitoring and solving metering and settlement issues
* Industry flows
* Process improvements
* Identify, report and manage theft
* Investigating erroneous transfers
* P272 upgrades
* Regulatory reporting under GSOP
* Dealing with MOP and DCDA

Benefits
* Base salary: £28k (non negotiable)
* WFH ~80% per week | Birmingham ~20%
* Discretionary bonus
* 24 days holiday (excluding bank holidays). Rising to 26 days after 1 year.
Skills and experience to be successful
* Metering and settlement experience
* B2B or B2C experience in the energy sector
The Interview Process
* 60 minute TEAMS interview with the Metering & Settlements Manager & one other.
* 60 minute face to face meeting with the Operations Director & one other.
