Job Title: Business Development Manager (New Business Hunter)
Location: Hybrid, working 2 days per week in the office in Manchester
Salary: Expected OTE £85,000 - £105,000+ uncapped
£45,000 - £50,000 basic salary depending on experience plus double OTE, £4,800 car allowance, company fuel card and uncapped commission. (12% - 18%, no threshold – see structure below)

What support will I have?
You will have 1 Business Development Executive cold calling, setting appointments and generating leads for you. You will be responsible for attending meetings, presenting to prospective customers, creating proposals and closing orders.
You will also be responsible for cold calling, lead generation and prospecting for new clients.
Lots of support from the in-house marketing team running various campaigns.
Account Management and the Client Services team will also share leads.
The Senior Leadership Team will also help train, mentor and develop you.
Partners, Vendors and other 3rd parties will also share and help develop leads.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate revenue growth.
* Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches and proposals crafted to the clients needs.
* Pipeline management, strategic planning and reporting.
* Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.
* Form long-term business relationships with clients to ensure sustained business growth.
* Present and sell a range of professional services, technology solutions, and support contracts to prospective clients.
* Utilize CRM tools to track and manage client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline development.
* Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and drive customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role ideally within the IT Managed Services industry.
3+ years experience in B2B sales.
Strong hunter mentality with a track record of identifying and closing new business opportunities.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to form strategic partnerships and build long-term business relationships.
Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage sales activities and track data.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
