Job Title: Multi Skilled Operative

Job Duties:

Performing a variety of tasks related to construction projects
Operating and maintaining a range of tools and equipment
Assisting skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers
Completing general labour duties as required
Ensuring worksite safety and adhering to health and safety regulations

Required Qualifications:

Valid CSCS card
Previous experience in a similar role
Good physical condition and stamina
Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team

Education:

No specific educational requirements

Experience:

Prior experience in construction or related field

Knowledge and Skills:

Understanding of construction processes and techniques
Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations

Preferred Qualifications:

Additional certifications in relevant trades
First Aid certification

Working Conditions:

Outdoor work in various weather conditions
Physical work requiring bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
Potential exposure to loud noise and dust
