My client is a Property, Planning and Development Consultancy, who specialise in offering tailored advice to a broad range of clients including landowners, developers, promoters, and the public sector! They are now on the lookout for a dynamic Town Planner to join the team to work on a diverse range of projects.

The Role as a Town Planner

Provide expert planning advice for property development projects.
Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies.
Prepare and submit planning applications, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Liaise with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders.Essential Criteria for the Town Planner

MRTPI Chartered Town Planner (or working towards)
Previous demonstrable experience
A valid driving licence is required
Ability to work independently and contribute to growing the Planning teamBenefits for the Town Planner
