Location: European HQ of Global Pharmaceutical Company – UB11
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum

We are recruiting for a Facilities Coordinator to join the world’s largest facilities management company, based at the European head office of a globally recognised pharmaceutical organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to progress their FM career, with a clear path into supervisory and management roles within 12-18 months.
Key Responsibilities:

Setting up and resetting meeting rooms to a high standard
*
Carrying out regular spot checks across the site
*
Monitoring and following up on maintenance and service tasks
*
Managing facilities-related emails and requests
*
Working closely alongside and supporting one other Facilities Coordinator
