Role Overview
As a Senior ESG Consultant, you will play a key role in helping our clients achieve their sustainability and governance objectives. This includes assessing environmental impacts, implementing social value initiatives, and guiding corporate governance strategies. You’ll lead projects, manage client relationships, and mentor junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver ESG strategies, frameworks, and action plans.
Conduct materiality assessments, risk analysis, and sustainability reporting.
Lead ESG-related due diligence for projects, investments, and partnerships.
Collaborate with clients to embed ESG practices into their operations.
Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements, frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD), and industry trends.
Prepare high-quality reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Mentor and support junior consultants, contributing to team development.Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Proven experience in ESG consulting, sustainability, or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks, reporting standards, and regulations.
Exceptional project management and client-facing skills.
Ability to analyze complex data and present actionable insights.
