Hours 11 am - 4 pm, Monday to Friday.
THE ROLE:
- Respond to inbound calls, emails and live chat enquiries from customers, providing information about products and services.
- Proactively follow up on enquiries, gather feedback and ensure their needs are met.
- Assist with order management.
- Identify and resolve issues.
- Hours 11 am - 4 pm, Monday to Friday.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Recent experience in Customer Service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- IT literate.
- Attention to detail.
- Happy in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and collaborating with teams.
SALARY & BENEFITS:
- £17,000 -£18,000.
- 25 days holiday + birthday off + public holidays (pro-rata).
