CCA are working with a highly reputable Financial Services organisation in Glasgow who have an exciting opportunity to join their team as a Customer Service Advisor.

Join our clients dynamic team as a Customer Service Advisor and help deliver top-notch service to their valued customers! Whether you're helping with account queries, explaining products, or providing support, you'll play a key role in making finance simple for everyone.

What You'll Do:

? Assist Customers: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information on financial products and services.
? Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints and find effective solutions quickly.
? Provide Guidance: Help customers navigate their accounts and financial decisions with clear, simple explanations.
? Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on financial offerings and provide advice when needed.

What We're Looking For:

✅ Great Communication Skills: You're friendly, clear, and confident in helping customers.
✅ Problem-Solving Ability: You enjoy finding solutions and handling queries efficiently.
✅ Team Player: You work well with others and thrive in a supportive environment.
✅ Interest in Financial Services: While previous experience in financial services is a plus, it's not essential- Full training is provided with continued support.
