Job Title: Landscaper/Ground Maintenance
Job Type: Temporary / Ongoing 
Location: Cambridge 
Rate of pay: £160 p/day 

Our client - a large local social housing contractor providing maintenance services to 1000s of properties across Cambridgeshire area is looking for an experienced Landscaper/Ground Maintenance operative to work on a domestic maintenance social housing contract assisting in the void operations and planned maintenance. The candidate will ideally be a skilled groundworker/multi-trade. 

About the Role

Working to deliver the best quality service, you’ll carry out repairs to a variety of building services, demonstrating your competence to multi-skill outside your core trade, to include fencing, paving and slabbing along with building work.

You’ll receive and complete assigned tasks using a handheld device (full training), working efficiently and safety in line with best practise to achieve excellent customer experience.

About You

Candidates will hold a relevant trade City and Guilds qualification, with excellent working H & S knowledge . With previous experience within a similar role, you’ll have the ability to work in all weather, operating small hand tools and will be able to follow written and verbal instructions.

For this position, you must have the following:

Own transport and clean UK licence 
Tools
Full PPE
This temporary work for a Landscaper/Ground Maintenance Operative is for an on going duration, on a residential project in and around Cambridge area.
You must have previous proven experience in extrernal repairs as well as willing to do internal wet trade duties.
