An award winning boutique law firm based in a prime West End location, who are listed in the Legal 500 and boast an enviable client base require an experience Senior Residential Property Solicitor to play a prominent role in their established and growing Residential Property team.
  
The successful Senior Residential Property Solicitor will be responsible for handling their own matters whilst also collaborating with a team for support. Attention to detail and organisation skills are essential for this role.
  
Senior Residential Property Solicitor Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload independently
Meet financial and billable time targets
Have a strong technical legal background, able to deal with complex matters in a fast-paced environment
Stay current on industry trends and changes in legislation
Maintain good working relationships with clients and referrers
Develop a business plan and anticipate market changes and adapt accordingly
Develop excellent working relationships and cross-sell with other teams
Manage secretaries and support staff   
Requirements:

At least 4 years PQE in Property
Strong understanding of regulations and processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High level of emotional intelligence
Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Proven track record of success in property matters
