Our client, a not for profit professional body, is looking to recurit an experienced Committee Support Executive. They are looking for a graduate or equivalent, who has previous experience of working with professional committees - an understanding of membership organisations would be useful.
The duties will include:
* arranging meetings and preparing agendas
* coordinating the production of meeting papers
* drafting minutes of committee, panel, working group and project meetings
* arranging distribution and publishing of minutes - follow up actions
* providing documentary support for meetings
* coordinating diaries
* providing logical support for meetings, seminars, events etc
* managing and maintain key documents
* database, website and extranet support
* responding to routine enquiries
The skills and experience needed for this role include:
* organising complex meetings
* minute taking
* proofreading and copy editing
* working with committees
* administration support
