Line management of an established team, located throughout Europe

This is a brand-new position with an established and trusted international market access and value communications consultancy which has grown steadily in the past five years and has an excellent client base of global pharma and biotech clients.

The Director position is a senior role which will focus on; defining and articulating market access, pricing and value strategies for products in several treatment areas, line management of an international team, leadership of multiple market access and value communications projects (including payer landscape assessment, market access / launch strategy, value message development and testing, payer negotiation and workshop design and delivery), providing support and guidance to junior team members and taking an active role in the company’s development and growth planning.

I have worked with this company on numerous occasions in the past and have received excellent feedback about the work environment, the range of projects and the quality of their work and I believe this position would be an excellent opportunity for an experienced Consultancy or industry based Market Access candidate who would like to take the step-up to a full team leadership, Director level position.

Applicants should have relevant experience within Market Access and/or Value Communications, a post-graduate qualification in a life sciences, health economics / policy or similar subject, and be able to demonstrate a detailed understanding of pricing, reimbursement and market access challenges and opportunities within international markets.

There is a high degree of flexibility regarding location with this role and applicants are welcome from the UK or EU.
