Head of service required. Our client is a leading supplier of installation and maintenance in the lift industry. They are looking for a candidate to become head of the service for the company, the ideal individual has to be a strong communicator and problem solver. It would be beneficial for the candidate to come from the lift industry. The candidate does not have to have managerial experience but must have the drive to progress their career. This role requires a manual driving licence.

Head Of Service Position Overview

This role would be office based in Sevenoaks with the need to also travel out and about to meet clients & engineers
Manage the service department, deal with any issues that may arise and put processes in place to deal with any issues
This role will require a candidate that is computer illiterate as it comes with a lot of paperwork
The client holds 650 units and the candidate will have control and oversight on operations of the department
Meeting clients and developing business so communication skills are key
This position will suit a driven individual looking with a good attitude to drive the client's company forward
The role involves signing up to an out of hours duty manager role which involves being available on the phone, which you would be paid for.

Knowledge and relevant qualifications in the lift industry

Strong communication, leadership and computer skills

Head Of Service Position Remuneration

£55,000-£70,000 salary dependant on experience
(Mon-Fri) 8:00-17:00 working hours
25 days holiday plus bank holiday
