Role Overview: As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in assisting the teaching staff in delivering high-quality education to our students. Your primary responsibility will be to support teachers in the classroom, providing one-on-one or small-group assistance to students who require additional help. You will contribute to the overall classroom management, help prepare learning materials, and ensure a safe and conducive learning environment for all students.

Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with teachers to implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs.

* Support students in their academic and personal development, offering guidance and encouragement.

* Provide one-on-one or small-group support to students, reinforcing learning concepts and addressing areas of difficulty.

* Assist in the preparation of learning resources and materials, including setting up equipment and materials for practical lessons.

* Help maintain an organized and stimulating classroom environment.

* Monitor students' progress and behavior, and communicate observations to the teaching staff.

* Promote a positive and inclusive classroom culture that respects diversity and fosters students' self-esteem.

Qualifications and Skills:

* Relevant experience as a Teaching Assistant or similar role.

* Minimum of a high school diploma; additional qualifications in education or child development are desirable.

* A genuine passion for education and supporting students' growth.

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

* Patience, empathy, and the ability to build positive relationships with students.

* Flexibility and adaptability to work effectively in a dynamic educational environment.

* Basic IT skills and familiarity with educational software or tools.

* Understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
