* Identify and implement design improvements for cost optimisation and technical performance
* Lead qualification and testing processes, ensuring compliance with EMC, automotive, and aerospace standards
* Conduct feasibility studies for new electronic innovations
* Produce detailed test reports and documentation throughout the development process
Key Skills and Experience Required:
* Degree in Electronic Engineering (or equivalent)
* At least 3 years’ industrial experience in electronic product development
* Strong background in both analogue and digital circuit design
* Experience managing the full product lifecycle, from concept to market
* Knowledge of designing for EMC compliance and hands-on EMC testing
* Familiarity with CAN bus protocols, especially SAE J1939
* Proficient in PCB design tools and CAD software
* Comfortable working independently across multiple projects simultaneously
* High level of written and verbal communication skills, with strong documentation practices
* Computer literate – including MS Office, Teams, and ERP systems
Bonus Skills (Not Essential but Valued):
* Firmware development (C, C++, RTOS)
* Embedded Linux, Qt, and Python
* Power electronics and battery management systems
