Tradewind Recruitment are collaborating with a Louth that are seeking a SEND Teaching Assistant to start in April. The school values making a difference in young people's lives by providing a high quality and engaging learning environment.

The role starts in April and lasts until at least June.

The responsibilities of the role include:

Assist with planning activities and prepare resources for students.
Work with pupils with challenging behaviour and defuse situations.
Monitor students needs and provide feedback for other staff members.
Promote development and learning opportunities for students that build self-esteem and independence.
Be able to handle difficult situations by remain calm.During your time at Tradewind Recruitment we will support you with the following:

Experience working with SEND or SEMH students.
Right to work in the UK.
