Key Accountabilities

QHSE:

To Manage the contract, in an effective and efficient manner, meeting the requirements and expectations of the Customers Team within the boundaries of the contract
Carry out auditing to our quality systems including: NICEIC, SHEQ, Compliance, and workmanship inspections
Maintain a consistent high level of engineering standards
Continual incremental improvements of services provided to the Customers
Attend regular meetings with the Customers to discuss, and appraise the Contracts performance
Manage and oversee the CAFM system
Ensure all operatives are provided with the necessary resources, materials, tools, and information to enable them to carry out their duties and for ensuring that safe working practices are adhered to 

OPERATIONAL:

Out of Hours support, and escalation procedures
Continuity of operatives rotas, ensuring an escalation procedure is in place, and routine call outs and holidays periods are covered accordingly
Support projects, small works and reactive works requests
Provide support for statutory compliance / planned maintenance activities
Review Innovation and Energy saving initiatives
Reconcile, and provide monthly Financial applications to the Customer
Manage WIP to avoid Financial penalties 

      COMMERCIAL:

Working within Operational Budgets and constraints
Provide costs for capital projects, plant replacement schemes
Debt Management
Assist in appointing Sub Contractors
Assist in providing budget information, and compiling financial reports
Review Sub Contractors performance, and billing applications 

       HR/STAFFING/TRAINING

Staff mentoring, training, recruitment, sickness, holidays, disciplinary and grievance management
Ensuring continuity of statutory training for all operatives undertaking work of this nature 

Person Specification

Minimum of one trade qualification, with the emphases on Mechanical, Electrical, ACOP for Commercial and Domestic Gas, Oftec Oil, and Competent Fault finding on BMS and Control Systems.
Commercially astute
Knowledge of Cyclical Maintenance, Task Based Systems 

Qualifications

Excellent customer interface skills, excellent telephone and communication skills
Organised, able to prioritise and work to deadlines
Commercially astute
Excellent attention to detail both verbal & written
Have excellent & capable skills in IT documentation in Microsoft Office/Excel packages
To monitor IT systems, paperwork and contractual/company processes with regards to all Contract and Business Units requirements.
Respond and administer paperwork systems to ensure the work force adheres to all planned maintenance, reactive & quoted works as required.
Team player, flexible and able to work under pressure

£45,000 - £47,000 plus £7,000 car allowance
