Salary: £55,000 + service charge + paid overtime
Hours: 55 hours/week (3 double shifts, 2 single shifts)

What We’re Looking For:

* Experience: Michelin-starred, Michelin guide, fine dining, or 5-star hotel kitchen experience preferred.

* Culinary Passion: A love for Spanish cuisine and a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

* Language Skills: Spanish is a plus but not essential.

* Dedication: Hardworking, reliable, and ready to contribute to a high-performance team.

* Knowledge: Solid understanding of kitchen operations, culinary techniques, and health & safety standards.
