German Speaking Customer Service Administrator
Hours: 8am - 4pm, Monday to Friday

Wild are working with a leading business who are looking for a German speaking Customer Service Administrator to join their friendly team. You will be responsible for providing customer service and sales support to a dedicated portfolio of accounts.

Other responsibilities include:

First point of contact for client queries
Taking client order requests and processing them on the in-house system
Building rapport with a portfolio of clients and handling issues and requests efficiently
Providing excellent customer service
Liaising closely with the field based sales team and other internal departments
Updating the system accurately and regularly Skills required:

Fluent German essential
Proven experience in a Customer Service or Administration led role
Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
Proficient computer skills (Word/Excel)
Able to work well under pressure and towards deadlines
