Total People, one of the UK's leading apprenticeship providers and part of LTE Group, now have an exciting opportunity for talented professionals to come and join our team in the position of CRM Support Administrator.

In this role you will:

Take on the role of CRM superuser for the business.
Train and support end-users to maximize their use of Dynamics CRM.
Support with system reports and analysis.
Collaborate with marketing & IT teams to maximise CRM benefits for the business.This role is offered on a permanent, full time (37 hours per week) on hybrid basis (remote and at our Northwich site).

The key responsibilities of this role are as follows:

Serve as the main point of contact for CRM-related inquiries and issues.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the CRM system.
Maintain CRM documentation and best practices guidelines.
Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new and existing users.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users.
Create user manuals, FAQs, and other training materials to assist users.
Analyse CRM data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Present findings and recommendations to management and relevant teams.
Gather and document business requirements for system customizations.
Test new features and customizations to ensure they meet business needs.
Provide feedback and support during the implementation phase.
Regularly review updates and new features released by Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Participate in relevant training sessions, webinars, and conferences.Please see the attached job description for more details.

In order to be successful in your application you will need to meet the following essential criteria:

4 x GCSEs at grades A*- C / 9 - 4 (or equivalent) including Maths, English and ICT.
Proven experience in supporting Dynamics CRM systems.
Strong understanding of CRM processes and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
A proactive approach to learning and staying current with new CRM technologies and updates.
Strong communication skills and ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with staff and other professionals at all levels.
Strong IT skills and system knowledge including Excel.
Time management skills and the ability to work under pressure.
