CERT Solutions is looking for a strong-willed SEMH Teaching Assistant to join a Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) in Quinton, supporting KS3 and KS4 students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and challenging behaviour.

What We Need:

Experience working with children with challenging behaviour is essential.
Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and confidently.
Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) is required.
Someone with a strong ability to set boundaries while building positive relationships.
A DBS on the Update Service or willingness to process one.
