We are working exclusively with a protected salad producer based in the Lea-Valley. Their success and business acumen has made them a highly respected supplier and employer within their sector and they now seek a driven Assistant Grower to join their team.

You will support the Growing Manager to ensure the smooth running of the glasshouse in all key aspects, with the view to quickly developing the competency to relieve the Growing Manager during leave and weekend rotations. This is a practical position and the successful candidate will spend a great proportion of his/her time working in the glasshouse gaining empathy with the crop and production techniques.
