Sales Administrator / Customer Service – Hertford

?Salary: Around £28,000 (Depending on Experience)
?Hours: Mon-Thurs 8:45am-5:15pm | Fri 8:45am-4:15pm
We are representing a well-established engineering company in Hertford that is looking for a Sales Administrator / Customer Service professional to join their team. If you're organised, customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you! ?
What You’ll Be Doing:
✅ Responding to global customer enquiries and providing quotations
✅ Processing sales orders and ensuring accurate data entry into SAP
✅ Coordinating with purchasing and manufacturing to progress orders
✅ Monitoring shipments and keeping customers updated on delivery timelines
✅ Assisting customers via phone, email, and web chat
✅ Managing daily documentation and electronic filing

? Previous experience in sales administration or customer service preferred
