Maintenance Electrician | FM / Building Services | Commercial Environments | £40K Base, £50,000 OTE | Permanent role, Paid Weekly.

We are recruiting for a qualified Maintenance Electrician to carry out planned and reactive maintenance within commercial environments / buildings.

You will be working on a mobile basis across the South London region, including SE1 to the M25 border (Lambeth, Greenwich, Lewisham, Twickenham, Epsom, Bromley, Orpington etc).

Works as a Maintenance Electrician / Electrical Maintenance Engineer may include; electrical fault finding, lighting (lamps, ballasts, emergency lighting, interior/exterior safety lighting, interior/exterior security lighting etc), sockets, circuits, power supplies to fire, security and HVAC systems, wiring, cabling, containment, trunking, trays, installing electrical appliances (ie maglocks etc), power distribution, transformers etc.

* Role: Maintenance Electrician / Electrical Maintenance Engineer

* Status: Permanent, PAYE

* Pay Schedule: Weekly (1 week in hand)

* Basic Salary: £40,000

* D2D (Door to Door) Travel pay after 60 minutes each way.

* Overtime rates: Monday-Saturday: X1.5 Rate

* Overtime Rates: X2 Rate

* Call Out: 1 in 4 weeks: £100 per week standby + minimum 4 hours pay if called out.

* Provided: Company van, fuel card, specialist tools, 33 days paid annual leave, company sick pay, flexi-benefits scheme etc.

* Locations: Mobile across South London

* Company van is for business use.

Requirements:

* Must be a qualified Electrician (to one of the following standards or equivalent; NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds 236 Part 2, City & Guilds 2330 Level 3 etc).

* City & Guilds 18th edition.

* Must have experience working as a qualified Electrician within commercial environments.

* Experience within a maintenance / building services role would be advantageous.

* Must have a UK driving license with under 7 points.

* Must be able to legally work within the UK.
