What’s the Job About?

As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you’ll be a key player in transforming the educational experience of students who need a little extra support. You’ll work beyond the classroom, connecting with students one-on-one or in small groups to help them thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Work closely with teachers, senior leaders, and other school staff to develop and implement creative strategies that help every student thrive.

Qualifications You’ll Need:

Education & Certification: HLTA status or an equivalent Level 4 teaching assistant qualification.
