Calibration Engineer required to join our specialist client within the Engineering and Manufacturing industry based near to Leeds.
Within this Calibration Engineer role you will be responsible for ensuring all New Vehicles Metering system and associated equipment are Calibrated, inspected ensuring it meets required standards/specifications.
Calibration Engineer Job Overview
Calibrate, inspect all metering equipment to ensure meets specification and performance requirements
Create and maintain procedures to ensure equipment meets technical standards
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to equipment calibration and performance
Maintain accurate records of calibration activities for customer audit purposes
Provide training to other technicians on Set up and calibration techniques and procedures
Make sure all calibration activities adhere to quality standards and regulations
Manage logistic KPIs anew vehicle reliability and non-repeatable visits with stated guidelines
Calibration Engineer Job Requirements
Engineering Calibration Principles/background.
Strong Organisational and problem-solving skills relating to equipment and instrumentation
Precision in making adjustments and ensuring equipment meets specified measurements
Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS office, Smartsheet
Calibration Engineer Salary & Benefits
£35 - 38k salary DOE
Full time position - Monday to Friday
25 days holiday package plus bank holidays
