Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with SEN
Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
Support student's social and emotional development
Adapt and differentiate learning materials to meet the needs of students
Work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members to create an inclusive learning environment
Monitor and record student's progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents
Help manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning atmosphereThe ideal candidate will possess the below skills:
