- Condition Surveys

- Project Management

- Contract Administration

- Feasibility Studies

Requirements:

- MRICS qualified

- Excellent client-facing skills

- Proven track record in business development

- Experience in a proactive commercial environment

- Strong knowledge of commercial building contracts

- Ability to meet fee targets and build successful client relationships

- Commercially astute and tech-savvy

- High level of technical building knowledge

Skills and Behaviour:
