MINOR WORKS MANAGER

Our client, based in Iver, are looking for an experienced Minor Works Manager on a permanent basis. Our client focuses on delivering construction projects, large and small, both airside and with strategic clients requiring security checks. To this end all candidates must have five (5) year trackable employment history, with no substantial gaps, to enable passes to be easily obtained.

Minor Works Manager – The Offer

* 40 hour week, starting at 07:30 finishing at 16:30 M-F

* Salary up to £40k negotiable depending on experience

* Company works vehicle provided

* 23 days annual leave + bank holidays

* End of Year bonus

Minor Works Manager – The Work

* Assessing small to medium sized building and maintenance works

* Write professional work orders and quotes

* Write Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS)

* Obtain relevant permits

* Procure materials

* Organise works

* Assist the project Management team

Minor Works Manager – The Person

* Previous experience in a similar role is essential

* This is a client facing role on-site at Heathrow airport and other security accessible sites therefore, a five (5) year trackable employment history, with no substantial gaps, is essential for passes to be obtained

* CSCS skilled card

* Need to be PC literate

* Full drivers licence is essential
