Talent Guardian is recruiting for an experienced 3D Retail Design Manager to work with an amazing client supporting a global retail client base in interior design and build. 

Key Responsibilities:
Lead & Inspire – Manage a small but dynamic team of graphic designers, guiding them to create impactful 3D visuals.
Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely with both creative and technical production teams to ensure designs are not only innovative but also feasible.
Bring Your Style – Infuse your unique design vision into every project while shaping the future of retail interiors.
Client-Facing Role – Present and communicate design concepts effectively, ensuring clients understand and are excited by your vision.
Ensure Quality – Take full ownership of the 3D design output, making sure each project meets business objectives while maintaining high creative standards.
Support Internal Projects – Be flexible in supporting various internal initiatives and projects when needed.
Drive Business Success – Partner with account and production teams to deliver designs that make a real impact on business goals.
Enhance Team Culture – Contribute to a positive, innovative, and collaborative work environment. Skills & Experience:
2-3 Years of Experience in 3D design within the retail sector.
Advanced knowledge of 3D Studio Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
A strong understanding of manufacturing processes and technical design is a bonus.
Excellent Communication Skills – Ability to present concepts clearly to clients and manage relationships with ease.
Leadership & Organizational Skills – Experience managing teams and studio traffic/workload.
Creative & Strategic Thinker – Able to push creative boundaries while staying focused on business goals.
