We are seeking a Italian Speaking Travel Representative to join a highly successful travel company to manage communication flow between villa specialists and villa owners/ experiences providers. Hybrid working model near the Canterbury area.

The Italian Speaking Travel Representative will be required to develop the relationship with villa owners/ experience providers upholding brand values so that guests experienced is enhanced at the destination.

This exciting opportunity is ideal for an Italian speaking professional with excellent customer service skills looking for an exciting career in travel.

Italian Speaking Travel Representative Duties:

• Respond to owners/experience providers and guests in a conscientious manner.

• Help maintain the high standard of company websites.

• Work with the owner team to drive initiatives and help maintain a high standard of customer service.

• Planning and managing regular communication with existing owners through email and other new initiatives.
