About the Role:
A vibrant and creative two-form entry primary school in Dollis Hill is seeking a dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to lead both the Breakfast Club and After-School Club, as well as provide 1:1 support in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) during school hours. This multifaceted role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on pupils' daily experiences and development.
Key Responsibilities:
Breakfast Club Leadership: Plan and oversee morning activities, ensuring a nutritious start to the day in a welcoming environment.
1:1 EYFS Support: Provide tailored assistance to a pupil with complex needs, implementing individualised learning strategies in collaboration with the class teacher and SENCO.
After-School Club Leadership: Design and facilitate engaging after-school activities, promoting creativity, physical activity, and social interaction.
Person Specification:
Qualifications: Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Education (essential).
Experience: Proven experience supporting children with complex needs, particularly within the EYFS framework.
Skills: Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to creating inclusive and stimulating environments.
