Are you an experienced leader in cleaning, waste and P&L management? Do you have experience working in large-scale event or venue environments? We’re looking for a Commercial Head of Cleaning & Waste to take charge of operations, drive efficiency, and engage with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Lead cleaning and waste management across a large-scale venue or event environment
✔ Oversee sustainability initiatives and ensure best practices are in place
✔ Manage P&L and financial performance
✔ Present reports and insights to board-level stakeholders
✔ Drive innovation and continuous improvement in waste and cleaning operations

About You:
✔ Proven experience in cleaning, waste, or environmental services at a senior level
✔ Strong commercial and financial acumen (P&L management)
✔ Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and presenting reports
✔ Passionate about sustainability and operational efficiency
