Role Overview:
We are seeking a Junior to Intermediate Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for design and be able to deliver bespoke, high-quality 2D graphic work for a variety of clients across different sectors. This role offers flexibility with remote and hybrid work arrangements, allowing you to contribute to exciting projects from anywhere while also collaborating with the team in person when needed.

Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Artwork: Develop engaging, custom social media graphics (infographics, advertisements, posts, etc.) tailored to clients' needs across various platforms.
Branding & Logo Design: Create and refine brand guidelines, logos, and design templates that align with client identities.
Campaign Materials: Design a wide range of marketing assets, including digital ad banners, brochures, flyers, and promotional visuals.
Animation & Video Support: While not a core requirement, experience with animation (GIFs, social media video edits) and awareness of 3D artwork for campaigns is a significant bonus.
Template Design: Create and maintain templates for marketing materials, both for design teams and clients, ensuring ease of use and consistency.
Collaborative Design Work: Work closely with the directors and cross-functional teams on both ongoing design support and project-specific tasks.
Upskilling: Actively engage in ongoing learning and development through workshops, courses, and self-driven education. We support this initiative financially and with mentoring.
Skills & Experience
* Essential Skills:
* Strong proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
* Experience with After Effects and Premiere is a bonus but not essential
* Proficient in templating and document design in Microsoft Office packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
* Ability to deliver high-quality, custom designs with a clear understanding of brand identity
* Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively within a team and with clients
* Ability to meet deadlines and stay organised while juggling multiple projects
* Bonus Skills (Not Essential):
* Experience in web design and UX/UI design
* Knowledge or interest in 3D design and animation for social media and marketing
* Experience in video editing and creating GIFs for social media platforms

Working Environment:
Remote/Hybrid: While remote work is an option, the role requires at least 1-2 days per week in-office at our Rossett location, depending on the candidate's level.
Flexible Working Hours: We offer flexibility in working hours, with a core expectation of 36-40 hours per week, although the workload may vary depending on project deadlines and client demands. International client meetings may require later hours.
Team Collaboration: You will report directly to the directors and collaborate with the team on both ongoing and project-specific tasks.
