Academics are recruiting an enthusiastic and dedicated HLTA to join a thriving primary school in Gravesend and surrounding locations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong understanding of the primary curriculum, a positive attitude, and a supportive approach to teaching.

The successful candidate will be confident in delivering planned lessons, managing positive behaviour, and supporting teachers in achieving high standards in the classroom. If you are approachable, inspiring, and passionate about making a difference, we want to hear from you!

The Successful Candidate Will Have:

HLTA qualification
A strong understanding of the primary curriculum
Experience in positive behaviour management
Confidence in delivering planned lessons independently
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, supportive approach to teaching
