ES Steel are a prominent Construction SME, renowned for its work in the Nuclear and Defence sectors. Due to a burst of extra projects we are seeking a proficient Site Supervisor from a Steel Erection background.

This position is ideal for a skilled and experienced individual with a background in steel erecting supervision, particularly within the nuclear or defence industries. You will have a strong commitment to health and safety, excellent leadership abilities, and the required certifications, including CSCS Gold and either an SSSTS or SMSTS.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and coordinate site labour to ensure efficient workflow.

* Monitor and manage work in progress, adhering to project specifications.

* Document deliveries and allocate necessary site drawings.

* Obtain work permits and allocate instructions on a QRA basis.

* Uphold health and safety standards for both yourself and your team, following the integrated management system.

In return you’ll receive a rate in line with the below depending on your preference of shift:

* Days: £31.19/hr Ltd/CIS

* Back Shift: £36.78/hr Ltd/CIS

* Nights: £38.40/hr Ltd/CIS
