Salary: £35 per hour

Duration: 3-6 months

Greenacre are pleased to be supporting a social housing organisation, based in Hertfordshire, with their recruitment of a Housing Manager.

The role will involve direct line management and providing a customer focused delivery service to residents.

What will you do in the role?

* Managing 4 Housing & Tenancy Officers; providing coaching & support and handling escalated issues

* Managing the housing service to a dispersed patch, including shared ownership sales, resales & staircasing

* Managing allocations, lettings and ASB

Who would excel in this role?

* Experience of managing a housing service

* Experience of line management

* Experience of shared ownership sales, resales & staircasing
