Brook Street Social Care are now recruiting a Support Worker to work with our client in Halifax - HX3, supporting children and young people.

As a support worker you will help people with learning disabilities to live safe, fulfilling, and dignified lives in supported accommodation.

Our services offer 1:1 support for young people from the ages of 17 to 25 with complex needs, including autism, learning disabilities and mental health issues.

Willing to attend training as needed to support you in your role.

Shifts & Pay:

12h shifts available
Day Shift 9am-9pm, £11.50ph
Night shift 9pm-9am, £12.00phPlease note that your night shift finish time might very if you do a waking night support. This is due to detail handover which must be completed at the end of your shift.
