New Recruits are currently hiring for a Warehouse Supervisor for our client based in Cowley.

Duties Include:

* Organising the hour-to-hour runnings of your department or area.

* Assuring product quality by defining the required labelling, material flow, and product handling.

* Organising the resources required to ensure the section inspection targets are achieved through checking the skill matrix.

* Ensure all colleagues understand and can work to the required level of inspection with good material flow including appropriate labelling.

* Ensuring the colleagues are equipped with the correct tools and materials to carry out the required activities in accordance with the task required.

* Ensuring your team is aware of shift requirements each day and that the correct communication is given to them to ensure all targets are achieved

* Advise shift management of concerns identified during the ongoing inspection activities

* Work with Shift Management to ensure all issues are resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible.

* If required, carry out the required inspection activities.

* Ensuring that the required Project paperwork is completed on time and a high standard.

Requirements include:

* Good attention to detail

* Supervisor or management experience

* Automotive experience would be beneficial

* Timekeeping skills and a good attitude to work

* Ability to work individually and as part time of team

Shift patterns:

* Rotational shift

* Monday - Thursday

* 06:00am - 16:00pm and 16:00pm - 02:00am
