They are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Contracts Manager to join our dynamic team.
The Contracts Manager will oversee all aspects of contract management for roofing projects, ensuring compliance, quality, and efficiency. You will liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, managing budgets, timelines, and contractual obligations for general and heritage roofing projects.

Up to £60,000 basic salary

Roofing Contracts Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Review, negotiate, and manage contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
Manage heritage roofing projects with attention to historical preservation standards.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Ensure all safety and environmental regulations are strictly adhered to.
Maintain detailed records of all contracts, changes, and correspondence.
Prepare reports on project progress, contract status, and financial performance.
Roofing Contracts Manager
Requirements:
Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in contracts management, preferably in roofing.
Familiarity with heritage roofing standards and practices.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and organisational skills.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
A team player with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
