Part Time Contract (3 Months)

Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a ContrOCC Specialist in Huntingdon. This is a contract with a scope for extension working part time hours.

The job:

Engage with the business teams to agree finance gaps and technical issues to be addressed, understand what financial transactions are not being processed through Liquidlogic/ContrOCC (i.e. those held in spreadsheets or paid directly with ERP)
Identify a programme of works to develop and improve the financial processes between Liquidlogic and ContrOCC to support the scheme of financial management
Identify reports that can be enabled for the organisation to forecast spend and monitor impact on budgets.
Ensure issues are raised in the relevant call logging systems in a timely manner for resolutionThe candidate:

ContrOCC knowledge (understand all the key features and how to process and monitoring financial transactions)
Liquidlogic knowledge (how placements and other costed activities should be recorded)
