Our client is an FM Service Provider that has a strong focus in delivering hard services to the retail sector. It is currently looking to hire an Area Maintenance Manager for a Central London portfolio.

As the Area Maintenance Manager, you will have overall responsibility for a team of mobile engineers and report into the Southern Operations Manager. Your client is a well-recognised high street store and you’ll be responsible for 12 stores.

Working for a retail client is tough, it’s demanding and fast-paced and so a proven track record is essential. You must have excellent communication skills, be a trouble shooter and fix-it kind of person.

The successful Area Maintenance Manager must be able to prioritise and be quick-thinking as no two days are predictable. You must thrive of this kind of environment. In addition, you must have excellent knowledge and understanding of hard services.

Our client is offering:

* £52,000 basic

* 11 – 15% London weighting

* £5,700 car allowance or car

* 10% bonus scheme
