As a Project Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of complex developments, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will be responsible for coordinating teams, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations. This role requires strong leadership, commercial acumen, and a deep understanding of construction project management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage project teams, ensuring clear communication and efficient workflows.
Oversee third-party contractors and ensure all agreements are met.
Ensure compliance with planning obligations, industry regulations, and health & safety standards.
Develop and implement project schedules and logistics strategies.
Manage procurement processes and oversee supplier relationships.
Monitor project costs, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
Coordinate design and construction phases to meet project goals.
Ensure adherence to a quality assurance system and project specifications.
Provide regular project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Administer project change control and oversee handover management.
Collaborate with customer care teams to ensure client satisfaction.About You
