PIB Group is seeking a qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) to join our UK management accounting hub in Retford on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.

About the Role
As part of our shared services team, you will:

Ensure timely submission of monthly management accounts
Investigate variances, reconcile P&L and balance sheets
Support statutory audits and respond to senior management queries
Drive process improvements and assist with onboarding new businesses
Support projects that enhance the management accounting function

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
High attention to detail with strong IT skills
